My name is Justin and I am the Owner of iiiiiivvivii Executive Coaching here in Orlando, Florida. You can know I can help because I have a track record of working with CEO's (as well as others) and I have always multiplied their investment in Coaching. My professional background is in Sales. I have been in Sales for 11 years and have sold everything from: Ad Media Space to Food and Beverage to Car Rental to Real Estate to Luxury Cars to Coaching. This professional background matters for Executive Coaching because you can know I have always been compensated based on Results. You can know that I am a high performer like you, that I understand that Results matter, and that every time we meet I am showing up aiming to help us move as quickly as possible towards your outcomes. Those 11 years were spent mastering the art of getting people to take an action (to make a purchase). I bring these same skill sets to the table to help you take action on your outcomes, to help you get where you want to go.
In my personal life I have been through massive health adversity. I have 17 years of experience overcoming Depression, Anxiety and Bipolar about as bad as it can possibly be, as well as a number of severe physical health struggles. This matters for you because you can know that I am someone that has overcome great difficulty, and that I will apply that same tenacity to committing to you and helping you achieve your goals. If you are experiencing health struggles like this I will be able to understand and help. If you are not experiencing these things that's okay, I will go about working with you in a very similar way because the basic principles of determining what we want and moving towards it are the same.
HOW IT WORKS
STATE
The first place we start is with your State. State is the level of poise, focus and energy you show up in the world with day to day and moment to moment. If you think of Michael Jordan Game 7 of the NBA Finals, he shows up in a Peak State, he performs and wins the championship. If you think of the athletes who show up to the game mentally checked out and not ready to execute, their State is bad and they lose. A CEO is like an elite athlete, they must show up at all times. If the CEO (being in charge of millions or billions of dollars) is showing up at a 5/10 to all that they do, the amount of money being left on the table is significant. Learning to manage your State at a 10 should be far beyond a 10X return on an entire year of Coaching, and you will achieve this in our first 30 day of working together guaranteed.
CLARITY
Clarity sounds straightforward, but even CEO's can really struggle here. We often think we have Clarity but we say we want things like "More Sales," "Growth," "Better relationship with spouse," "Less Stress," and "More Vacation." But our mind doesn't know what any of that means, and so we do nothing. Our mind stalls out like an error message on a computer. Not only do we need more Clarity, but we need it across all areas of our lives business and personal. Many CEO's prioritize work but completely neglect other areas of life and pay a price for it. Imagine a CEO who's health or relationship with their spouse is a 1/10? Do you think that might affect revenue for the company? Even with a single goal of maximizing revenue, I find all areas of life matter. Therefore we will be mapping out the CEO's outcomes across all areas of their lives business and personal, and work on incrementally improving them.
IDENTITY
The concept of Identity is just as powerful as the above ideas of State and Clarity. By "Identity" I mean "who you are" or rather "who you believe you are." For every single area of our lives we have ideas about who we are and who we are not. We say to ourselves "I am just that type of person," or we say "I am just not that type of person." These phrases get to the core of our being and have a major influence over every single thing we say, think and do. When these are not properly lined up they can cause major problems across all areas of our lives. The areas that are going well have a more positive Identity. The areas that are not going well likely have a more negative Identity. The good news is all of this is changeable. We will examine all of this in detail and make sure we get this powerful concept working in our favor.
STRATEGY
Once we know all of our business and personal life outcomes short and long term, we want to work on reverse engineering everything, and then methodically moving towards our outcomes at the fastest rate that we can. Sometimes our outcomes may change, our strategy may change, but we always want to have some strategy that is our best guess at the best way of doing things based on the data we have. These are the places that people get stuck. The more faithful we are in mastering each of these pieces and putting one foot in front of the other, the more we can get the CEO showing up in the way that they want, the more revenue we will be able to bring into the company.

What Is The Duration of The Coaching Commitment?
Coaching is a one year minimum commitment. Some Clients only stay for one year, and some Clients stay long term. At the end of our year together we can continue to meet together with the same frequency or with less frequency, in whatever way is best for you at that time.
How Often Do We Meet And How Long Are Our Meetings?
We meet once per week for one hour each time.
What Is The Format Of The Meetings?
Meetings can be in person if we are both in the same area. We can meet at your office or at an off site location. If we are in different locations or if the Client prefers, we can do all meetings by Zoom or Phone. Format of meetings will be determined in our introductory meeting.
Do You Include Notes And Homework With Your Sessions?
Yes. Notes and homework are included with every session.
How Much Does It Cost?
The cost is $10,000/Month. The payments are monthly. The duration is one year minimum. Payments are due on the same day of each month beginning with our first day.

Yes. If we determine that we are the right fit to work together I do have a guarantee: I guarantee that in the first 30 days of us working together you will either feel you already have recieved a 10X return on your investment (business + personal life) or you will feel you are very clearly on the track to get a 10X return (business + personal life) return on the year of us working together. I guarantee that you will be completely satisfied and will actually feel that the $10,000/Month is an amazing deal for what you are getting.
